Gift Certificates that have expired will not be honored
Gift Certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment
There is a 5 minute grace period for late appointments
Cancellations
We require 24-hour advance notice for appointment cancellations.
There will be a charge of 50% of the service fee, for cancellations received within 24 hours of the original scheduled appointment.
For spa parties "sparties" and larger events, we require cancellation notices of 72 hours or more depending on the size of the event.
Pricing is stated for Private Moments Day Spa guests and is subject to change without notice.
