I know Labor Day has passed and the leaves will be falling soon- but we still have that “Indian Summer” So go you local grocer or farmer’s market and get a sweet watermelon. Did you know watermelon was good for lowering high blood pressure? Well make a low pressure Watermelon Salad with feta cheese, basil a pinch if salt and pepper.
